Stephanie Hein

Rooted in Light's emphasis in the therapeutic process is to identify the root causes of concerns to ensure long-term healing and growth on the deepest of levels. She primarily works with adult women with concerns around people pleasing tendencies, relational tension, developmental traumas, and perinatal mood disorders, mental health/load, and birth trauma. Rooted in Light uses a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, brainspotting, psychoeducation, and more, but most importantly want to ensure that you feel safe, heard, and seen in your journey. Stephanie received her education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI. She has additional training in Brainspotting, Trauma, and Perinatal Mental Health.
