Tayler Giffen, LPC, PMH-C, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified perinatal mental health specialist based in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Her clinical work centers on supporting individuals navigating the profound transitions that occur across the reproductive and early parenting journey — from conception through postpartum and beyond. Tayler’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Gestalt and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), with integration of EMDR, polyvagal theory, and The Art of Holding framework to support trauma processing, emotion regulation, and reconnection to self.
