Reaching out for help and support is often the hardest step to healing. No matter what your struggles are, how tired you are, how many negative thoughts you have, or how hopeless you feel, Theresa will assist you in working through these struggles and find a solution that will allow you to live “your very best life”. Theresa is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, certified in Perinatal Mental Health, a trained Perinatal EMDR therapist, and trained in Polyvagal Nerve massage. Theresa specializes in prenatal and postnatal anxiety, depression, OCD, and birth trauma. She’s passionate about a whole-person centered approach, using a combination of supportive therapies, including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Manipulation and evidence-based practices specific to your needs. Theresa will provide a warm and compassionate space where all women can feel heard, supported, and understood. She will provide you with “life tools” that you will take with you and be able to apply beyond your sessions and in many parts of your life. You may laugh, cry, share stories, or just be in the moment, but you do not need to go on this journey alone.
