My approach is down to earth, genuine, and supportive. To me, good therapy is about real people having real conversations; while I use evidence-based clinical practices, I make therapy feel like coffee with a good friend who helps guide you towards healing and strategies you can start using right away. I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree from Rutgers University and completed post-graduate training and completed certifications in Child & Adolescent Mental Health (Rutgers University), and am Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I am certified in EMDR through the EMDR International Association. I was called to perinatal work due to both professional and lived experience, so I enter the space with my clients from a humbled and empathetic place. I consider it a privilege to support parents navigating traumatic births, loss, infertility, perinatal OCD or anxiety, and parenting children with disabilities.
